Can't Install Any Documentation on Chrome

I can't install any documentation but it still consumed data when I tried to install one (Markdown) and I assumed that it will only take a few seconds but after a couple of minutes, still 'Installing...'

Reproduce the Markdown documentation installation in Chrome and observe the persistent “Installing...” state and data usage described in the issue. Trace the documentation installation flow from the app entry point, then verify that installations complete normally without remaining stuck.
