Description
# Feature request
With the DevDocs PWA (progressive web app) installed when opening a DevDocs URL - for example in Windows: `start chrome https://devdocs.io/python~3.13/library/copy` open the documentation inside the PWA window. This would be very useful for example when using the devdocs extension in VS Code.
Currently the documentation opens as a usual web page - i.e. in Google Chrome as a new tab. Chrome only shows a button "Open in app" and only after clicking it the web page opens in the installed PWA.

Research direction
Start by tracing how an installed DevDocs PWA handles navigation for https://devdocs.io/ URLs, using the example Python documentation URL and the Windows Chrome launch described in the issue. Done means opening such a URL goes directly to the installed PWA window instead of a regular Chrome tab, including the VS Code extension use case.
