Description

**Describe the bug**
The goal is to connect to Jira and Bitbucket using the installed extension.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Launch Code builder
2. Connect to org
3. Install: Jira and Bitbucket (Atlassian Labs) v3.0.9
4. Follow the prompts
5. receive error: Authentication cannot be done while running remotely. To authenticate with a new site open this (or another) workspace locally. Accounts added when running locally will be accessible during remote development

**Expected behavior**
I expect to be able to access jira and bitbucket from code builder without locally installed programs

Research direction

Start by reproducing the authentication failure in Code Builder with the Jira and Bitbucket (Atlassian Labs) v3.0.9 extension after connecting to an org. Done means users can authenticate to Jira and Bitbucket from the remote workspace without installing local programs.
