Set initial zoom at the minimum

hey,
I am aware that with the recent version, we now have displayZoomControls, but with some website only in Android, the initial zoom is not the minimum (you can test with https://www.wordreference.com/es/translation.asp?tranword=hello)

so every time the user need to resize the screen to see all the content

Any hints what to look for? Thanks!
