Whats the best way to go about using a plugin that was made to already use dart:js?

Hey there,
I am wanting to use a plugin in Flutter somehow that was made to be used in Dart with dart:js and dart:html.
This is the plugin I wanted to use: https://github.com/mdemyanov/dart_apex_charts/

It essentially would let you use apexcharts.min.js and apexcharts.css, you would build the chart info in dart and then call chart.render() and it would show your chart. I am wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction on where I might be able to find examples or instructions on how I might adapt this to work with Flutter webview? I would imagine that it should work, just not the same as the original plugin? While I have not used webview before and I am not great with JS, if anyone knows a repo or something in which there is an example of doing something similar with another plugin I would be able to figure it out.
