How to automatically fill a form on the loaded page?

Hi,
I want to be able to automatically fill a form on the page I am loading, with values from my application.

Is there a way to do this? perhaps injecting some JS code in the page, or having access to the page's DOM after it loads...

Any ideas will be appreciated.
