[User reported] Click on tags in the log events rows to filter by those tags

This is a user-reported issue from the 2025 DevTools user survey.

A user requests the ability to request to click on the tags in the log event rows to filter by that tag.

まず、DevTools におけるログイベント行の UI と、既存のログイベントフィルタリングのエントリポイントを見つけます。タグがどのようにレンダリングされ、フィルターがどのように適用されるかを追跡します。行内のタグをクリックすると、表示されるログイベントがそのタグでフィルタリングされ、既存のテスト場所が見つかった場合は期待される動作がテストでカバーされていれば完了です。
