Failed to open DevTools in the browser

This was when clicking Open DevTools in the browser from Android Studio. The wasm setting for DevTools was already enabled before trying to open DevTools in the browser. The DevTools URL looked like:
http://127.0.0.1:9102/home?ide=Android-Studio&ideFeature=runConsole&uri=http://127.0.0.1:55705/LjlaMLGWxb4=&wasm=true

Upon refreshing the page, everything loaded fine.
