[Property editor] String property editor suggestions

### Context

For widgets like `Text` that have `String` values, the property editor shows a text input.

### Suggestions

1. I wish edits in the text input would automatically get reflected in real-time. I have to press `Enter` to save the value
2. When I press `Enter` in the text input, keyboard focus is lost. This isn't ideal for accessibility.
3. on macOS, the `Apple+A` shortcut doesn't select all text in the text input
4. When I start editing in a text field and press `Tab`, keyboard focus gets incorrectly sent to the `Show more link` on the widget’s docs. This isn't ideal for accessibility.
