Add ability to jump to a slow widget

If we could get the widget creation location for a timeline event with Track Widget Builds enabled, we could do something like this. Similarly for the track layouts and paints options, if we could get the creation location of the render object (or better yet the associated widget), we could do this for those options too.

@dnfield is something like this possible?
