Add ability to jump to a slow widget

If we could get the widget creation location for a timeline event with Track Widget Builds enabled, we could do something like this. Similarly for the track layouts and paints options, if we could get the creation location of the render object (or better yet the associated widget), we could do this for those options too.

@dnfield is something like this possible?

Start by reviewing how timeline events are handled when Track Widget Builds is enabled, then compare the track layouts and paints options. Done means users can jump from a slow widget or render-object event to its creation location, ideally through the associated widget.
