Investigate crash for Text() widgets with large input

https://github.com/flutter/devtools/pull/6254 Limited the text boxes for network requests/responses since 4MB images would crash devtools.

We should check if there Text widgets really can't handle that much text at once, or if there is a deeper issue going on when displaying large text in a Text widget.
