説明
In the inspector tree, you can navigate with the arrow keys. When a hover card is present, and the keyboard takes focus, the card should disappear, and the hover functionality should not be re-activated until the mouse moves again.
In this gif, I hovered over an element and then traversed down the tree with the arrow keys. You can see the selection changing but the hover card is still present.
