Confusing behavior on Performance page when paused

Descripción
The service extensions like Track Widget builds, layouts, paints, etc. appear to queue up and only make their way to the vm service when the app is unpaused. This is confusing because it looks like you enabled these settings from DevTools but the buttons enabled state does not change because the status of these service extensions from the VM service has not been updated to reflect the user action
