Label "GENERAL.NAVIGATION.CASES" not translated when http://localhost:8080/flowable-task/workflow/ is accessed by the first time

Hello.

I noticed that when I navigate from the http://localhost:8080/flowable-task/#/ to http://localhost:8080/flowable-task/workflow/#/tasks, both tabs "Tarefas" and "Processos" are correclty translated, but for the "Casos" tab, the localization key GENERAL.NAVIGATION.CASES is shown instead.
But then, if I click on the GENERAL.NAVIGATION.CASES tab, then the text is "Cases" is shown.

So, this is not related with the non Brazilian Portuguese translation #652 , but with the key not being replaced by the right text.

Reproduce the first visit to http://localhost:8080/flowable-task/workflow/#/tasks and compare the Cases tab with the behavior after clicking it. Trace where the GENERAL.NAVIGATION.CASES localization key is loaded or replaced, and confirm that the translated label appears on the initial access as well as after navigation.
