Problem with import of bpmn xml when setting process initiator checkbox on user task

There seems to be an issue with importing a process with the extensionElement `modeler:activiti-idm-initiator`. When exporting, this is set to true when you set the checkbox in the assignments view when configuring a user task.

However on import, the checkbox is unchecked again. It seems though that the exported xml is exactly the same when importing/exporting, however the modeler seems not to correctly fill in the property.

まず、提供された BPMN XML を modeler にインポートし、ユーザータスクの割り当てビューとエクスポートされた XML を比較します。拡張要素に true が含まれている場合、インポート後もイニシエーターのチェックボックスが選択されたままであり、エクスポートも一貫していれば完了です。
