Blank screen unless --disable-gpu or --ozone-platform=wayland

This started happening suddenly since yesterday, with version 1.98. On startup, the main window appears but it is blank and an "application not responding" message appears.

After updating to version 1.99 today, the same problem continues.

There is no error on the console when starting from the CLI.

Curiously, VSCodium flatpak runs fine on the same system.

After looking at different issues already reported, I found the following workarounds:

`--disable-gpu` : works fine but it seems like it will disable GPU acceleration

`--ozone-platform=wayland` : works fine, after allowing the wayland permission through FlatSeal.
