System Tools Not Detected in Flatpak VSCode

## Flatpak VSCode Feels Too Restricted — Can We Improve System Integration?

Hey everyone,

I've been using the **Flatpak version of Visual Studio Code** on Fedora 41, and while I appreciate the security and ease of installation, it feels a bit frustrating for actual development work.

### What I'm Facing
- VSCode can't detect system-installed tools like **Node.js**, **Python**, or **Docker**.
- Extensions that rely on system binaries don't work without manual permission overrides.
- Environment variables (**PATH**, **PYTHONPATH**) aren't automatically passed into the Flatpak sandbox.
- There's a noticeable performance hit compared to the RPM version.

### I tried overriding permissions with commands like:

flatpak override com.visualstudio.code --filesystem=host
flatpak override --env=PATH=$PATH com.visualstudio.code
```
_But even after that, some extensions still couldn't access system SDKs out of the box._
### Solution: I ended up reinstalling VSCode through the RPM package directly from Microsoft's repo, and everything works flawlessly

sudo nano /etc/yum.repos.d/vscode.repo
```
Paste:

### Why This Matters
As a developer, the IDE should be an extension of the system, not feel like it's running in its own isolated container.

Is there any plan to improve system integration or provide an easier way to grant access to common dev tools?
