Mô tả
It's not possible to access utilities (e.g. `meson`) or headers (e.g. `opencv2/core.hpp`) from the host system.
You can install/update `meson` or install `libopencv-core-dev` on the host, but this will not be available inside Visual Studio Code. But `pkg-config --modversion opencv4` will not find the library and `meson --version` will point to the old/wrong version.
