Where exactly is the quickstart

I thought there would be an example showing the capabilities of the firebase emulator, perhaps it is not in the file I was looking for.

Review the repository's README and documentation entry points first to determine whether an emulator capabilities example exists. Done means identifying the example's location or clearly scoping the missing quickstart documentation; the issue names no file or test.
