[FR] ProjectManagement ios/android apps pagination

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
The `firebase-admin-node` SDK has the `projectManagement.listPlatformApps` that returns the first 100 apps and there's no way to use the pagination provided by the REST APIs (https://firebase.google.com/docs/projects/api/reference/rest/v1beta1/projects.androidApps/list and https://firebase.google.com/docs/projects/api/reference/rest/v1beta1/projects.iosApps/list).

I'd like to have pagination on `projectManagement.listPlatformApps` like the REST APIs do.

Using the REST APIs with a simple HTTP client.

Start by locating the projectManagement.listPlatformApps entry point and compare its current behavior with the linked Android and iOS REST API list methods. Check how the SDK represents list results and pagination elsewhere, then define done as allowing callers to retrieve subsequent pages rather than only the first 100 apps, with tests covering pagination.
