File Not Converting in Production

Hi,
I have this code that works fine on my localhost. Same version of node and @ffmpeg.

await ffmpeg.run('-i', 'memFile.webm', '-vcodec', 'libx264', 'convertedMem.mp4');

In production on my website it doesn't get past here. Is there a way I can capture any errors to see what's going on? I am writing messages to a file to trace it, but need to know why it can't convert.
