Setting panel replaces the main application

I've encountered this bug a couple of times. I'll try to describe it as best as I can:

The main application windows is replaced by the setting one, not in a new window as usual, but in the main application window. This is without clicking the setting menu button.

Clicking the close button closes the application but the terminals with the application running on them keep running.
Reopening the application via shortcut or tray icon will restart it with a single terminal tab. The application in the old terminal keep running.
Opening a second tab on the new window will kill the previously running applications and their terminal.

Sadly I do not have the logging enabled.
I've been able to reproduce it by killing `explorer.exe` process then restarting it. The bug happens on `eplorer.exe` restart.

PS: great work and very nice application. It' become my main terminal console :)
