Screen refresh when using vim in fluent terminal doesn't work -- screen gets cleared and only first line shows

If I do a screen refresh (CTRL-L) in vim while in Fluent Terminal, the screen doesn't get refreshed. It gets cleared.

Also sometimes initial screen doesn't get cleared properly and previous text that was on the screen is displayed. Paging up and down will fix this.

What terminal emulation should I be telling vim to use?
