Clone a story into another project

**Describe the feature:**

As a user, I want to be able to see a story from one project and clone it but into another project. There should be a `select` showing the current active projects and its subprojects.

**Problem:**

Currently, when we clone a story, the new story is added in the current project. Being able to clone a story picking a different project for the new story makes the feature more useful.
