Implement warnings for dangerous actions

It could be nice to implement some warnings. Some ideas I had were:

- hard-code a warning for directories such as `~`, `/`
- warn when trying to sync a folder that includes other folders that have an `.sml-sync.conf` file or are mentioned in the user's config (this will be hard to implement)
