Implement practice: dot-dsl

There is _not yet_ any canonical data at moment of creating this issue. You may come up with test cases yourself or (recommended) check tracks that have already implemented this exercise for inspiration.

This can be implemented similar to dsls like `jasmine`/`mocha` work, and take inspiration from other tracks already implementing this exercise. Check-out the `javascript` `grep` exercise to see that we also support ingesting (or outputting) from (and to) files.
