説明
As part of https://github.com/exercism/meta/issues/107 we will need to update `cmd/prepare.go` to accept the list of file extensions from the API in addition to the ignore patterns. The key will be named `extensions`, and it will be an array of bare extensions (no dot): `["cpp", "h"]`.
