sdist: no way to include generated spec file in source.

No way to tell sdist to include the generated rpm spec file in tarball.
this is usefull when trying to generate the rpm using rpmbuild -tb
(rrpmbuild will use the specfile from tarball to build the package. This is more friendly than extracting the tarball and running python setup.py bdist_rpm; cd ..; \rm -rf )
