Quick way to reopen recently worked on projects

### Problem

It is irritating to have to open and search through the file chooser to find a project you recently closed or often work on (especially if it does not open at the correct folder) but one may not want to keep a large number of projects continually open.

### Proposal

Show a few of the most recently worked on projects in the project chooser list.

### Prior Art (Optional)

I understand that IDEs such as VS Code, IntelliJ, Xcode have quick ways of accessing recent projects.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the project chooser and the existing project-opening flow, then determine how recently worked-on projects should be stored and displayed. Done means the chooser offers a few recent projects without requiring file-chooser navigation.
