Very slow when connect to local network server on iOS 14

**Describe the bug**

After I upgrade to iOS 14, when connect to a Matrix server in local network, it's very slow: the UI shows loading spin forever.

I already gave Element local network permission. Sometimes the messages will load but it's not usable overall. If I connect to the same server with public IP, it's very fast and there is no problem at all.

**To Reproduce**

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Connect Element to a Matrix server in local network. (Both identity server and message server).
2. Try to send some messages.

**Expected behavior**

The messages should load and send very quickly.
