Description
While playing with the files in https://github.com/elastic/docs-builder-example/pull/4 the new "Deploy and manage" section wasn't always visible.
For example, it's not working at all right now when I run the "serve" build command and there is no error message that I can see in the logs. So I presume I've got something wrong in the docset.xml file but am not sure what.
However, even when I had less files nested in the navigation, it would appear:
Then disappear the next time the screen refreshed:
