When the new file access tutorial is ready, some information in this tutorial will be redundant.

Will remove outdated file access episode and link to other relevant tutorials instead. Update pre-requisites and info on setup. I.e. direct to file access tutorial first.

Part of a broader refresh to tutorials and the switch to rucio.

Locate the outdated file access episode and the new file access tutorial referenced in the issue. Review the tutorial prerequisites and setup guidance, then identify redundant information and the relevant tutorials to link. Done means the outdated episode is removed or redirected, links and prerequisites are updated, and the Rucio-related tutorial flow is clear.
