I can not find launch npm in debug configurations of eclipse. How to debug nodeJs app that uses npm as package manager in wild web developers?

First, I need to say that I asked this question on stackoverflow and then, in the related mailing list.
I'm new to nodeJs

and installed eclipse for enterprise java and web developers 2021-09 that includes wild web developers as an extention, and hav a Nodejs app that can be run by npm run start command and in eclipse can be run by run as> run configurations> launch configuration.
My problem is that I can't find launch npm in debug as section.
As nodejs modules are from vscode, I read that there are several ways for debugging nodejs in vscode.
Can you guide me how to debug this app with wild web developer?
Note: I searched the repo before asking this and found similar issues but asked again because there solutions does not fit my case ( I think)
