ESLint Rules validation only works after mouseover Code Actions option in Context Menu

Apparently, unless you move the mouse over the option Code Option in the Context-Menu ESLint ignores the rules set in the .eslintrc file.
Some context: ESLint most of the time ignores the rules I set in .eslintrc (see https://github.com/eclipse/wildwebdeveloper/issues/530) . But on some rare occasions and out of the blue it starts to validate these rules and I never understood what was firing this behaviour changing. Today I noticed that when I move the mouse over this option in the context menu ESLint immediately starts to work as expected.
