Add project name to headline ...

I want to have the "project name" (see conf.py) in the head line, to know in which repo I'am. Currently there is always drawn "Eclipse S-CORE". Maybe append the project name.

Start with conf.py and trace where the documentation headline is configured or rendered. Check how the current “Eclipse S-CORE” text is produced, then verify the rendered headline includes the project name from conf.py and remains readable across the affected documentation pages.
