Named Entity Recognition: The previous prediction results on the "Evaluate" page should be cleared after completed a new training.

**Describe the bug**
- On which step of the process did you run into an issue:
The previous prediction results on the "Evaluate" page should be cleared after completed a new training.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select Create a new project from the Visual Studio start window.
2. Choose the C# Console App (.NET Core) project template.
3. Add model builder by right click on the project.
4. Select "Named Entity Recognition" scenario.
5. On the Data page, choose the data source to complete the training.
6. On the Evaluate page, click "Predict" button to see the prediction results.
7. Go back to Train page, click "Train again" button to complete a new training.
8. Go to Evaluate page, you will see that the previous prediction results are still there.

**Expected behavior**
The previous prediction results on the "Evaluate" page should be cleared after completed a new training.

Inizia riproducendo il problema tramite le pagine Evaluate e Train usando l’archivio NERTestdata.zip allegato. Dopo aver eseguito Predict, esegui nuovamente il training e torna a Evaluate; l’attività è completata quando i risultati della previsione precedente non vengono più visualizzati.
