Cursor jumps abnormally in Advanced Data options.

**System Information (please complete the following information):**
- Model Builder Version (available in Manage Extensions dialog): 16.13.1.2210302 (latest main)
- Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2019: 16.11.9

**Describe the bug**
- On which step of the process did you run into an issue: Advanced data options
- Clear description of the problem: have 2 issues here,
one is that: open the dialog, see the cursor is in the purpose of the first column on Column settings tab, but navigate to Data formatting tab and go back, see that the cursor jumps in Search box.
Another is that: select the search box and input one character, find that the cursor jumps to the purpose field of the first column.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Select Create a new project from the Visual Studio 2019 start window;
2. Choose the C# Console App (.NET Core) project template with .Net 5.0;
3. Add model builder by right click on the project;
4. Select Data classification and input file data source;
5. Open Advanced data options, find the cursor jumps abnormally when input in search box, and also jumps abnormal switch between column settings and data formatting tabs.

**Expected behavior**
1. the cursor should be keep in search box when inputting.
2. the cursor should be focused on same place when switching between column settings and data formatting tabs
