Is this outdated and no longer maintained?

The [micorsoft docs](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/devops/dotnet-github-action-reference#net-code-analysis) recommend to use this action, yet it does not support anything else than .NET Core 3.1...

Could you please update this or update the docs to the current recommended way?
