Description
The `Android.Service.Voice` namespace contains **288** `To be added` placeholders in source XML documentation (excluding `docs\xml\index.xml`).
Example command:
```powershell
rg -n -i --glob 'Android.Service.Voice/**' --glob 'ns-Android.Service.Voice.xml' 'to be added' docs\xml
```

Start by running the provided rg command against docs\xml to inspect the 288 `To be added` placeholders under Android.Service.Voice, including ns-Android.Service.Voice.xml.
