まず、Android 上で Gradle 7.2.2 を使用し、提供された設定と --stacktrace 付きの gradlew spotlessApply または spotlessCheck コマンドを使って、Spotless を 6.12.0 から 6.13.0 以降にアップグレードした際の失敗を再現します。groovy-2.9.98-SNAPSHOT.jar の作成時にアップグレードが失敗しなくなれば完了です。
