Suggestion: use JSQLFormatter for SQL beautification

I just adopted Spotless to format my Java code via the Eclipse Formatter. Thank you for providing it!
Then I stumbled over the documentation and found out that you use DBeaver and Prettier for SQL formatting.

So I wonder, if [JSQLFormatter](http://manticore-projects.com/JSQLFormatter/index.html) would be a viable alternative.
It is a relatively small, yet powerful Java only library for formatting complex SQL statements (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB, Postgres).

L’issue ne nomme aucun fichier du dépôt ni aucun test. Commencez par examiner comment Spotless documente ou intègre actuellement DBeaver et Prettier pour le formatage SQL, puis évaluez la prise en charge uniquement en Java de JSQLFormatter pour les dialectes SQL listés. La tâche serait terminée lorsqu’un périmètre d’intégration convenu et une décision des maintainers seraient établis.
