Suggestion: use JSQLFormatter for SQL beautification

I just adopted Spotless to format my Java code via the Eclipse Formatter. Thank you for providing it!
Then I stumbled over the documentation and found out that you use DBeaver and Prettier for SQL formatting.

So I wonder, if [JSQLFormatter](http://manticore-projects.com/JSQLFormatter/index.html) would be a viable alternative.
It is a relatively small, yet powerful Java only library for formatting complex SQL statements (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB, Postgres).

Start by reviewing how Spotless currently documents or integrates DBeaver and Prettier for SQL formatting, then evaluate JSQLFormatter's Java-only support for the listed SQL dialects. Done would require an agreed integration scope and maintainer decision.
