Kotlin Multiplatform

The AtPlug runtime is written in pure Kotlin, and should be fairly easy to convert to Kotlin Multiplatform.

Start by locating the AtPlug runtime and its current build configuration, then identify the Kotlin-only assumptions that would prevent Kotlin Multiplatform support. Done means the runtime has been converted to Kotlin Multiplatform while preserving its existing behavior.
