Client API documentation

Full coverage of the client API is the goal here, there have been attempts [here](https://api.ptero.sh) and from [the original documentation](https://dashflo.net/docs/api/pterodactyl/v1/) but ideally this repo should have full coverage of all of the entire API.

Start by reviewing the existing API references linked in the issue: api.ptero.sh and the original documentation. Inventory the client API coverage in this repository and identify what is missing; done means the repository documents the full client API.
