Update data automatically using Github Actions

Once #1 is implemented, I could try to check if the generated data differs from the latest version, and then use a [scheduled workflow](https://help.github.com/en/actions/reference/events-that-trigger-workflows#scheduled-events-schedule) to create a commit and push a new tag if there is new data.

首先查看 issue #1 以及其中生成的数据是如何产生的。然后检查 repository 的 GitHub Actions 配置，以及该 issue 中链接的计划 workflow 文档。当 workflow 能检测到生成数据的变更，并创建所述 commit 和新的 tag 时，即视为完成。

由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
