Update data automatically using Github Actions

Once #1 is implemented, I could try to check if the generated data differs from the latest version, and then use a [scheduled workflow](https://help.github.com/en/actions/reference/events-that-trigger-workflows#scheduled-events-schedule) to create a commit and push a new tag if there is new data.

Start by reviewing issue #1 and how its generated data is produced. Then examine the repository's GitHub Actions configuration and the scheduled workflow documentation linked in this issue. Done means the workflow detects changed generated data and creates the described commit and new tag.
