Integration with Rollup

Hey, I'm curious if it would be possible to workerize web workers in rollup? Do you maybe have a plan to support rollup using a plugin?

Start by reviewing workerize's current web-worker entry point and Rollup's plugin API to determine what integration would require. Define the plugin's intended behavior and verify that a Rollup build can use workerize modules through it; the issue provides no files or tests to begin with.
