A typescript package that supports both commonjs and esmodule should generate `.d.ts` and `.d.cts` type files, now only `.d.ts`

Bắt đầu với cấu hình package.json và lệnh build microbundle được nêu trong báo cáo, sau đó đối chiếu với hướng dẫn về package exports của TypeScript 4.7. Công việc được xem là hoàn tất khi một package CommonJS-and-ES-module tạo ra cả dist/index.d.ts và dist/index.d.cts, đồng thời các mục kiểu của import và require được phân giải tới các tệp tương ứng.
