Update `babel-eslint`

`babel-eslint` is deprecated and it should be replaced with `@babel/eslint-parser`.

## Steps to reproduce

1. `yarn init -y`
2. `yarn set version berry`
3. `yarn add eslint-config-developit`
4. See logs:

Inspecione os arquivos de configuração de dependências e do ESLint do repositório e reproduza o problema com os comandos do Yarn Berry listados. Substitua a referência ao pacote obsoleto por @babel/eslint-parser e confirme que a instalação de eslint-config-developit não relata mais o aviso de obsolescência do babel-eslint.
